The Clarity Session is a focused 60–75 minute 1:1 coaching conversation designed for those navigating a specific decision, transition, or turning point. Whether you're facing a career pivot, a life decision, a moment of deep uncertainty, or simply want to experience my work before committing to a full coaching container, this is your door. One session. One intention. One conversation that could change everything.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & SESSION POLICIES, KG Coaching & Consulting, LLC 1. SESSION OPTIONS ✦ The Resonance Call — Complimentary 30-minute alignment call. No cost, no obligation. ✦ Paid Coaching Sessions & Packages — Personalized 1:1 coaching for transformation and clarity. 2. BOOKING All sessions are booked through the website. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. Payment for paid sessions is required at booking. Accepted methods: Credit card and PayPal. 3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING ✦ Resonance Call — Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. ✦ Paid Sessions — Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations under 48 hours incur a 50% fee. To reschedule: support@kgcoachingandconsulting.com 4. REFUND POLICY Completed or ongoing sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the initial session may be eligible for a refund or credit. 5. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show. 6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE I reserve the right to decline service where a client's needs fall outside my expertise or where there is a lack of values alignment. 7.
