My love for entrepreneurship started long before degrees, titles, or certifications.

It began in Chile, walking beside my grandmother as she traveled door-to-door, bags full of clothing, perfume, and gifts, selling to the families of fishermen. The women she visited invited her in, poured tea, and shared their stories.
​
She wasn't just a businesswoman. She was a healer of her time, holding space, listening deeply, tending to the hearts of women who trusted her presence. Later, she opened her boutique, Boutique Kary, named after me.
​
Those early days taught me that entrepreneurship is relational, intuitive, heart-centered, communal, and sacred.
​
Today, I blend her wisdom with a PhD in Leadership Studies, a Master of Social Work, and 25+ years of organizational strategy to offer something the market is missing: research-informed, soul-led business architecture.
