As I sit here on January 3rd, 2025, sipping matcha and green tea and reflecting on the whirlwind that was 2024, I can’t help but feel immense gratitude for a year filled with profound lessons, deep personal growth, and bittersweet farewells. Saying goodbye to my abuelita Julia, my dear friend Yolanda K, and my daughter’s Tito reminded me of the importance of cherishing each moment and embracing a rise and thrive mindset by staying present. Amidst the grief, there were moments of joy—traveling to incredible places like Cuba, connecting deeply with myself, and, most importantly, reconnecting with the greater purpose that fuels my work.

Let’s not forget the big stuff—2024 was the year I truly stepped into my power, launching KG Coaching & Consulting, LLC. This wasn’t just about starting a business; it was about creating a movement aimed at empowering professional women, particularly Latinas, BIPOC women, and individuals from historically underrepresented communities, to lead with confidence, live with purpose, and thrive in every sense of the word.
Through the CENTERS Method℠, my signature framework blending traditional methods from psychology, leadership, management, and social work with soulful practices, I had the privilege of guiding incredible clients through personal and professional transformation.
