Hi there — ¡Hola! I’m Dr. Karina Gil, a Transformational Coach, Soulpreneur Consultant, and Threshold Guide.
I guide people through the moments that change everything, the in-between spaces where identities shift, clarity deepens, and a new chapter begins to take form.
Sometimes that looks like a spiritual awakening.
Sometimes it feels like a reinvention.
Sometimes it’s the quiet but undeniable call to build something aligned; a life, a body of work, a soul-led business.
My work is for those navigating profound transformation, not surface change, but the kind that reshapes how you live, lead, and create. The kind that asks you to release who you’ve been…and consciously step into who you are becoming.

A few years ago, my life changed all at once.
My career shifted.
My marriage ended.
My finances unraveled.
I became an empty nester.
Roles I had carried for decades dissolved almost overnight.
Professor. Partner. Leader.
All of it fell away.
What felt like an ending was actually an initiation.
In that season of grief and uncertainty, something deeper awakened.
Not loud (although there were screams some of the time). Not dramatic. But steady.
A remembering:
Of where I come from, Chile, the Pacific, the Andes standing ancient and watchful.
Of my ancestors.
Of a lineage where spirituality and daily life are not separate.
Of the quiet knowing that had always lived inside me.
What I thought was collapse was, in fact, transformation. And as I rebuilt my life, I did not return to who I was before.
I became a Soulpreneur!
I built a body of work rooted in both scholarship and spirit.
I created a business aligned with my truth.
I stepped into leadership from a place of embodiment, not performance.
I crossed my own threshold.
And on the other side, I found clarity:
I am here to guide others through theirs.
This is not a theory. It is a lived experience. My experience.
This is the fire that reshaped me. And it is the work I now carry with intention.

Before my awakening, I spent more than two decades in leadership, higher education, social justice, and social work. I earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, a Master of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy.
I led institutions, mentored emerging leaders, developed programs, taught and guided students, and served at the national level. I loved this work. It shaped my discipline, my intellect, and my commitment to equity and transformation.
But it was only one dimension of my path.
Over time, I came to understand that my true calling lies at the intersection of evidence-based strategy and spiritual depth. My work bridges research and ritual, psychology and shadow integration, leadership and awakening, structure and intuition.
I do not guide from theory alone. I guide from lived experience, professional training, spiritual practice, and the embodied wisdom that comes from crossing thresholds myself.

My intuitive perception has been with me since childhood. I have always been attuned to the liminal spaces, the subtle dynamics shaping both personal transformation and aligned creation.
I do not offer predictive readings. My work centers on the present moment.
I tune in to what is active now; the patterns, tensions, and possibilities surrounding a transition, relationship, or business decision, and reflect back what is ready to be seen.
As a Reflector, my role is not to direct your path, but to mirror it. Tarot and oracle tools simply support discernment. The real work is clarity.
For individuals, this means reconnecting with inner wisdom.
For soul-led entrepreneurs, it can mean aligning vision, strategy, and next steps.
