A few years ago, everything collapsed.​

I lost my career.
My marriage ended.
My finances shattered.
My certainty disappeared.
My identity — professor, partner, leader — fell away all at once.

I lost loved ones, including furry companions.

I experienced betrayal from those I trusted.

I became an empty nester.

It was soul-crushing.

A heaviness that sank into my bones.

I felt fear, despair, and a kind of pain that lives beyond language, sharp and hollow at the same time.

I spiraled through cycles of feeling everything all at once… and then, suddenly, nothing at all.
Just numbness.

It was like falling into a deep, silent hole, curled into myself, unable to move, surrounded by a vast nothingness.

It felt like death.

But in that darkness, in that silence, in that hole, something ancient awakened.

A pulse.
A memory.
A knowing that didn’t come from this lifetime alone.

And as this awakening unfolded, I couldn’t help but feel the echoes of my ancestry—
the land where I was born in Chile,
my lifelong connection to water and the Pacific Ocean,
the majestic, ancient Andes watching over everything like wise elders,
my ancestors whispering in my ear, urging me to remember who I truly was,
and the lineage in which magic, mysticism, and sacredness
are woven seamlessly into daily life—
whispers that shaped me long before I understood their meaning.

What I thought was the end of my life turned out to be a sacred initiation, a threshold my soul had been preparing me for since childhood.

I walked through grief, fear, ego death, and a deep spiritual dark night of the soul…and on the other side, I found a truth I could no longer ignore:

My true life purpose: I am here to guide others through their thresholds.
