Cancellation Policy

1. Session Options -Free 30-Minute Soulful Alignment Call: A no-cost session to explore if my coaching services fit your needs. -Paid Coaching Sessions & Packages: Personalized sessions designed to help you achieve clarity and lasting transformation. 2. Booking Process: Sessions must be booked through the website and a confirmation email with session details will be sent upon booking. 3. Payment Policy: Payment for paid sessions must be completed at booking. -Accepted methods: credit card and PayPal. 4. Cancellation Policy -Free Calls: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. -Paid Sessions: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee. 5. Cancellations over 48 hours before the initial session may receive a refund or credit. 7. Late Arrival Policy: Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. -Arrivals over 10 minutes late may be considered no-shows. 8. Right to Refuse Service - We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at my discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations where a potential client’s needs fall outside the scope of my expertise or where there is a lack of alignment in goals or values. 9.
