Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To honor the integrity of this work and the sacred container we enter together, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all coaching and guidance services.
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the session start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions (“no-shows”), may result in the session being forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time and will not be extended.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a missed session and may be forfeited.
Late arrivals do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
Emergency Situations
In the event of a true emergency (such as sudden illness or an unexpected crisis), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the coach's discretion.
Packages & Programs
For multi-session packages and programs:

Sessions must be used within the timeframe specified in the package description unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Packages are non-transferable.
Refund Policy
All payments for coaching and guidance services are non-refundable.
Clients acknowledge that payment secures time, availability, preparation, and the energetic container required to hold this work. Coaching is a collaborative process, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
This policy exists to honor commitment, clarity, and the integrity of the container we enter together.
Late Payments
Timely payment is essential to maintaining the integrity of our work together and the container that supports it.
If a payment is not received by the scheduled due date:

Coaching sessions may be paused or rescheduled until payment is brought current.

Continued late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.

All outstanding balances remain due.
Clients understand that payment plans are a commitment and agree to honor the agreed-upon schedule.
This policy is designed to support clarity, mutual respect, and the sustainability of our work together.
Termination of Services
Either the client or the coach may terminate services at any time by providing 7 days’ written notice.
In the event of client termination, all fees paid remain non-refundable, and any outstanding balances remain due under the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Termination does not release the client from financial responsibility for services already rendered, reserved time, or commitments made under a package or payment plan.
In the event of termination by the coach, the client will not be charged for any sessions not yet provided. Any remaining sessions may be rescheduled, credited, or otherwise addressed at the coach’s discretion.
This policy is designed to protect the clarity, fairness, and integrity of the container we enter together.
Coach Cancellations
If the coach must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
These policies exist to protect the depth, presence, and integrity of our work together. Thank you for honoring this sacred container.
